Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Custom or backordered items may require additional processing time; estimated lead times are shown on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic)
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic)
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—terms will be shown during checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships we’ll email a confirmation with tracking information.
- You can also view tracking and order status in your account under “My Orders.”
Multiple Shipments
- If items in your order ship from different locations, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers. Shipping charges shown at checkout cover the entire order.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
- For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery may be delayed by customs inspections. Contact your local customs office for details.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Please review your shipping address at checkout. Requests to change an address must be made immediately; contact support@technest.com with your order number.
- We’re not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
- Inspect packages upon delivery. Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- If your package is lost or stolen, contact support@technest.com and include your order number and tracking info. We will work with the carrier to locate or file a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
- For return and exchange instructions, please see our Returns Policy. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Restricted Items & Shipping Limitations
- Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to carrier or legal restrictions. If we cannot ship an item to your address, we will notify you and offer alternatives.
